There are several moments in life that make us stop to enjoy, and even capture them on camera because they are so delightful and pure. And recently, in Jhansi, India, a man named Sarthak Gambhir was able to save one of those moments for everyone to enjoy.
Gambhir was leaving his house when spotted a cow curling up next to a local snack stall. This sight seemed normal until he saw a dog cuddling up on the cow’s back and taking a snooze.
Gambhir had never seen anything like it before, so he got a little closer to the pair to snap some pictures. “It was the first time I was seeing something like this,” Gambhir told The Dodo.
Gambhir tried to keep silent to avoid making them afraid, but the dog was sleeping so soundly. The cow might be aware that there was a dog sleeping on her back, but she didn’t seem to mind at all. Instead, she seemed to love the dog. She didn’t move because she didn’t want to disturb her best friend.
It’s impossible to know if these two knew each other and belonged to the same owner. But regardless, their unusual friendship is quite sweet and Gambhir couldn’t stop smiling at them.
He decided to share the photos to Facebook, where it has gone viral and gained over 19.000 likes. He also hopes that he’ll have a chance to witness the cuteness all over again.
