The sun shines bright red on the withered grasslands of Africa, heralding a tumultuous afternoon. In that wild scene, a huge elephant, with gray skin like stone, was slowly moving through the dense bushes. Suddenly, from the darkness, a group of lions with golden fur as bright as fire appeared, surrounding the old elephant.

The atmosphere became tense, the lions’ growls sounded like thunder. They move quickly, with sharp eyes aimed at their giant prey.
The old elephant, although big and strong, also sensed the danger lurking. It raises its trunk high, emitting deep cries, as a warning to enemies.The war broke out like lightning. A female lion, her body firm and supple, rushed forward, clinging to the elephant’s back with sharp claws.
It opened its teeth wide and sank into the elephant’s nape. The elephant’s painful cry echoed throughout the grassland, mixed with the savage growls of the lions.
The old elephant struggled violently, trying to knock the enemy off his back. It shook its massive body, knocked down bushes, and scattered rocks and soil. Other lions seized the opportunity and rushed to bite and tear off the elephant’s legs, tail and belly, leaving bleeding wounds.
But the old elephant refused to yield. It used its strength to knock down the lions clinging to it. Its trunk is like a powerful weapon, whipping at oncoming enemies.
While the old elephant was fighting fiercely, another herd of elephants appeared from afar.
They heard their fellows’ cries for help, and approached with amazing speed.
The lions, although fierce, also realize the danger when confronting a herd of elephants.
They growled in dissatisfaction, then retreated into the darkness, leaving their exhausted prey behind.
The old elephant, covered in injuries, was surrounded, comforted and protected by his fellow humans. The sunset scene on the African grassland seems tinged with tragedy, but also exudes the majestic beauty of the wild world, where strength, solidarity and survival instinct are most clearly shown.
