As the new year unfolds, reports of UFO sightings are once again making headlines. During the first week of 2022, passengers on commercial airplanes documented two distinct instances of unidentified flying objects. These particular UFO incidents occurred on January 3rd and 4th in separate continents, according to reports.
Two pilots flying over Georgia were the witnesses of the initial UFO sighting. One of the pilots successfully captured footage of the object and subsequently shared it on UFO Stalker.com.
Flying at 39,000 feet in an Airbus A320 over Georgia, I decided to capture the beauty of the Milky Way using my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. While attempting to film another aircraft flying just above us in the opposite direction at 40,000 feet, I noticed a V-shaped object appearing between us and the other aircraft. Both the captain and I agreed to remain anonymous. I have a video of the incident where, at the end, I briefly zoom in on the instruments to provide perspective. No report was filed with the FAA or ATC.
In a separate UFO sighting, two airline passengers were traveling from Glasgow to London, according to GlasgowLive.com. Marjol Cela, one of the passengers, described the experience, stating that just before landing at Gatwick Airport, she observed a strange object about three to four miles away from the plane. Despite the distance making it difficult to capture clearly on video, Marjol filmed and took pictures of the object, believing it was not another regular aircraft.
