As documented in the Guinness Book of World Records, the record for the heaviest baby ever born belongs to a boy who weighed 23 pounds and 12 ounces. This exceptional birth occurred on January 19, 1879, to a woman named Anna Bates, who was a giantess, in Seville, Ohio. Regrettably, the newborn раѕѕed аwау just 11 hours after being born.
